I went to Crime Bake a couple of years ago for the first time where I hung out with Lois Karlin and Anita Page, among other splendid people, and had fun worth repeating. It is a great, intimate, useful conference and I hope to make it this year.
It sounds like a terrific conference ~ I hope you get to attend this year. Massachusetts isn't too far for us NY/TriState SinC members. Luckily, the early bird is good until Oct 1, which gives me more time to decide which conference(s) to attend this fall, if I'm lucky!
A crime bake? Now there's something I don't hear every day.
I attended Crime Bake several years ago and had a fabulous time. It was my first conference, and the first place I discovered that agents are people and not all that hard to talk to!
Hi Charles,
Ah...we learn something new everyday, don't we?
Hi Laura,
It's nice to hear a glowing review. I hope you get to return someday.
Just a great con--small enough to get to know people, lots of good writers.
Hi Sarah,
Thanks for stopping by. It sounds like a terrific conference. I hope I get to attend one day!
