Wave-ing

Do any of you out there in blogland use Google Wave? I have an account (it's currently by invitation only as it's still in Beta), and I think it would be a great critique group tool, but since I only know one other person who has it, I can't really try out many of the features. If you, too, have a Wave account, give a shout!

Hi Laura,

You are so far ahead of me. I hope you fine Wave-mates!

Laura- I believe Google Wave works the same way Gmail did when it was first introduced. People with accounts can invite other people, who can then invite more people.

I'm afraid I don't know of it.

Elaine -

Actually, it's not quite the same. If you're invited directly by Google, you get 10 invites. But the people YOU invite don't get invites. Since I was invited by another individual, I don't have invites to give away, sadly.

Gotcha, Laura. I haven't yet received an invitation, so all I know is what I hear. I guess I heard wrong. :)

Hi Laura - I was invited to Wave but haven't explored it too much. If you have any specific ideas and need some guinea pigs, count me in!
