Giving and Getting

So you've already read Murder, New York Style, but you haven't had enough murder and mayhem for the holidays yet. And yet, you feel a trifle guilty spending money on yourself now that the holiday shopping season has arrived. Do I have a suggestion for you! Carols and Crimes, Gifts and Grifters is the second annual mystery anthology from Wolfmont Publishing with proceeds benefitting Toys for Tots. You can get it at Amazon or Barnes and Noble, of course, but to contribute the maximum amount to charity, buy it directly from Wolfmont.

Great plug, Laura, I was meaning to get around to posting this myself, but, as usual, you are on top of everything!

Hi, Laura!

Thanks for plugging CAROLS AND CRIMES, GIFTS AND GRIFTERS! We really want to hit our goal this year of $2,000 to Toys for Tots if we can. Last year we managed to raise $1,365 and it made a big difference for a lot of disadvantaged kids.

There's are signings coming up, too! There's a signing at Eastchester Public Library in Eastchester, NY, with Thomas H. Cook, Gail Farrelly and Chris Grabenstein. Also, there's a signing on Dec. 6 at The Mystery Bookstore in Los Angeles, with Sue Ann Jaffarian and Gay Toltl Kinman. Lastly (as far as I know) I'm signing at the Festival of Trees in Calhoun, GA on Dec. 2.

Come out and get a copy... or two! You'll love the stories and you'll feel good about helping the kids. You can drop by the publisher's web site, too: http://www.wolfmont.com/ccgg.htm
